A common enemy in the Scrapyard. They shoot triple bursts of slow-moving projectiles at their targets, and are able to fly over the terrain to drop in or out of combat. They have an impeccable talent to fly back to the player's spawnpoint, wasting a tremendous amount of time to track them down at the end of the level.
Trivia[]
- Prior to Update 99, Ravens were able to crash the game by attempting to fly into narrow passages (for example, those created by Hammerhead and the Ultra Crossbow). This was fixed in Update 99, but in rare instances they can still softlock the game by attempting to do this.
- Upon waking up, Big Dog will scare all of the Ravens, causing them to fly instantly.
- Despite their name, their appearance resembles rooks more than ravens due to the coloration of their face. They also sound like crows.
